Not all analytics practitioners are alike.
- Some desire full-time employment with The Analytics Factory, which will enable them to apply and expand their skills in a variety of environments for clients who need an interim analytics advisor.
- Others prefer the flexibility of a “freelance” arrangement (or, in the US, a 1099 contract model), which enables even more flexibility around when, where, and for whom they work.
- And some practitioners may have full time employment now, but wish to be on The Analytics Factory’s staffing and recruiting roster so their qualifications may be presented to clients who have commissioned The Analytics Factory to provide recruiting services for analytics skills.
